📱 Cell Phone & Smartwatch Policy
A friendly reminder that all mobile devices and smartwatches must remain in students’ backpacks or be turned in to their teacher at the beginning of class.
Devices may not be used during the school day.
Thank you for helping us maintain a focused learning environment.
🍎 Classroom Placement Procedures
Classroom placements are carefully determined by a committee of teachers and administrators.
Classes are created using multiple criteria to best meet the academic and social needs of all students while complying with District and State requirements, including services for English Learners and other specialized programs.
Because placements are based on student needs and balanced classroom considerations, requests for specific teachers cannot be accommodated.
We appreciate your understanding and partnership.
✏️ School Supply Drop-Off
School supplies may be dropped off on the first day of school in the designated area of the Lunch Pavilion or at the TK/Kindergarten tables.

👕 School Uniform Reminder
Carthay Environmental Studies Magnet has a mandatory school uniform policy.

Students who are not in proper uniform may receive a phone call home, and a change of clothing may be requested.
👟 For Student Safety
Shoes must be appropriate for playground activities and Physical Education.
Students wearing unsafe footwear may not be permitted to participate in recess or PE and may be required to remain seated during those activities.
⭐ HELP US RESTOCK OUR “CAUGHT BEING GOOD” STORE!
We caught so many students being good last year that we completely depleted our school store! 🎉
We are currently restocking our Caught Being Good Store with fun prizes and incentives for students.
If you are able, please consider purchasing an item from our Amazon Wishlist to help us keep the store stocked and continue recognizing our students for their positive choices, kindness, and good behavior.
