Dear Families,

We are pleased to inform you that we are scheduling Carthay Environmental Studies STEM Magnet Fall parent-teacher conferences. The purpose of the conference is to discuss the progress that your child (ren) is making in school and to provide you with strategies to support learning. This year, conferences will be in person, and the teachers may have one day via Zoom. Parents are reminded to sign up for one slot per child.

Conferences may be scheduled during the following dates and times
Tuesday, November 12, 2024 – 3:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday, November 13, 2024 – 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Thursday, November 14, 2024 – 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Friday, November 15, 2024 – 1:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Monday, November 18, 2024 – 1:00 – 4:00 PM

Dismissal for the conference days will be at 1:03 p.m. on November 13, 14, 15, and 18 and 1:40 p.m. on Tuesday, November 12.
